All Work Programme providers are required by law to provide you with a copy of their complaints policy/procedure when requested. Copies should be kept at the office you attend. You will often be fobbed off, told to call the Customer Connect number or look it up on the website. With A4e you will get a 404 Error – page not found.
You would have to ask A4e why they have removed this important document from their website.
This copy was sent to me by A4e’s head office in the first week of February 2013. So it ought to be the latest version.
